摘要
挣值法作为现代项目管理的一种管理方法,在项目投资/进度管理中具有重要作用。介绍了挣值法的基本概念和具体的理论,并较系统地阐述了该方法在进行项目投资/进度综合控制的基础工作和操作步骤,最后结合工程实例对挣值法在工程项目投资/进度综合控制中的应用进行了探讨。
As a method of modern project management, earned value method plays important role in project investment/schedule management. This paper introduces the -basic concept and specific theory, and systematically demonstrates the basic work and operation step of this method in project investment/schedule comprehensive control, finally combined with project practical case discusses the application of earned value method in project investment/schedule comprehensive control.
