摘要
After the world war II, Japan took only more than 30 years to be the second strongest country in economy, next to America. But after the bubble economy in 1990s was overturned, Japanese economy has always been desolate and hasn’t stepped out of the difficult position. On probing into the reason why Japanese economy was booming and later desolate, the paper will put forward an exact oppinion and programme for China on how to avoid the developing pause when economy is in high speed development.
