摘要
针对环境容量的各种计算模式,比较分析了不同条件下计算环境容量时环境因素所指的内涵和条件。运用逻辑函数,将环境的各种因素进行了综合,用不连续函数进行了表示。结果表明:不同的目标和不同的应用范围,交通容量中环境所指内容也不相同,其环境因素不仅包含了基础设施环境,也包含了自然环境中的大气环境因素、机动车单体的排放控制因素和技术因素等。
Through the analysis of each kind of the computation pattern about the environmental capacity, this paper compares the connotation and condition about the environmental factors under various conditions. It is pointed out that different environmental factors have the different environmental contents and range, so the factors and range they contain are also different. Therefore, the paper defines the contents and conditions of the environmental factors in calculating the environmental capacity. Each environmental factor is taken into account with the function of logic and is represented with unsuccessive function to ascertain that environmental factors not only involve the foundation facilities ,but also the air environmental factor of the natural environment, as well as the technology of motor vehicle and emission control of motor vehicle. 1 fig, 9 rets.
