摘要
介绍了一种基于声光可调谐滤光器(AOTF)的在线汽车尾气监测系统。该系统采用e衍射光作为参比光束以补偿光源波动以及外界环境变化对测量结果的影响;采用o衍射光作为样品测量光束,根据朗伯比尔定律对汽车尾气中HC、CO和CO2的含量进行在线监测;还有数码相机对尾气排放量超标车辆的牌号进行拍照。该系统测试时间为30 ms,HC、CO和CO2的测量精度分别为3×10-6、0.04%和0.3%。该系统可设置在十字路口对汽车尾气进行在线检测,既提高了检测效率,同时也可通过通讯使数据在环保相关领域实现共享。
On line auto gas measuring system based on acousto-optic tunable fiher(AOTF) is described. The e-diffracted light is used as the reference signal to compensate the fluctuation of the light source and outsideinfluence. The o-diffracted light is used as the signal light to online measure the concentration of HC,CO,CO2 in the auto gas based on Lambert-Beer law. The digital camera pictures the lieence plate of auto whose waste gas is above standard level automatically. The measuring time is 30 ms, the measuring accuracy for HC is 3 × 10^-6, CO is 0.04%, and CO2 is 0.3%. The developed system can be installed at the cross where the auto is in lower speed to measure the auto gas on line. The measured data can be shared with the environmental divisions across the country.
