摘要
21世纪的大学生获得英语知识的途径和来源越来越多,传统意义上的英语教师如果只凭借单纯地传递英语知识已远远不能满足当代大学生的需要。因此,在要求培养复合型外语人才的同时,相应的,教师更应转变教育观念,调整自己的角色,朝着具有综合素质的复合型教师转变。
There are more and more sources and channels for college students to gain English knowledge. If English teachers focus only on transmitting knowledge, the various needs of present students are far from being met. Therefore, while training compound talents of foreign languages, college English teachers are supposed to change their educational philosophy, adjust their role in teaching, and exert themselves to be teachers with highly comprehensive quality.
