摘要
多孔砖作为黏土实心砖的替代产品,可以提高砌筑墙体的热阻,加强围护结构的保温性能。以煤矸石为原料制作多孔砖,不仅可以消耗大量煤矿产煤废料,而且可增加多孔砖的强度。分析了煤矸石多孔砖对生产能耗、施工能耗、建筑能耗的影响,煤矸石多孔砖具有显著的节能效果。
The porous brick as a substitute of solid clay brick can increase the thermoresistance of walling and enhance the heat-insulating property of building envelope. Using coal gangue as the material of porous brick, a lot of scrap of the coal mines can be consumed and the intensity of the porous brick can be enhanced. The effect of the coal gangue porous brick on the production energy consumption, construction energy consumption and building energy consumption is analyzed. The coal gangue porous brick has a remarkable energy-saving result.
