摘要
基于零部件分析法,提出了面向产品族设计的模块规划准则:①将个性化部件分离出来,使产品差异点后移;②将未来易于变化的零部件与其他零部件相分离,从而改善模块整体的通用性和稳定性;③力争模块的功能独立性,并使模块之间的物理关联和几何关联最小.给出了各规划准则的量化计算方法和模块规划的目标函数,并以基于整数编码的遗传算法对模块规划问题进行求解.实例研究表明,所提出的模块规划方法能够高效地给出合理的结果.
Based on the components analyzing method, the following principles were presented for module planning for product family designing: ① to isolate the individualized components from the other compo nents, so as to postpone the products' variety point~ ② to isolate the components which vary acutely in the future from the other components, so as to improve the modules' commonality and stability; ③ to guarantee the modules' function independency and minimize the physical relations and geometry relations among modules. The calculation methods of the three principles were presented to reach an objective func tion for module planning. Then the genetic algorithm based on integer coding method was adopted to re solve the module planning problem. A case study was conducted to demonstrate the success of the module planning method.
