中医临床数据仓库的研究及构建 被引量:10

摘要 保持辨证论治个体化诊疗的特征是进行中医临床评价和临床研究的基础,临床海量数据是评价中医临床疗效的最直接和有效的证据。数据仓库技术是进行海量数据存储、管理和利用的有效方法。本文针对中医临床数据的特点,对中医临床数据仓库研究中涉及的主要环节进行了初步探讨,提出并设计了临床数据仓库的系统构架,数据模型和Web OLAP应用服务平台体系,同时举例说明中医临床数据的Web OLAP应用。 The clinical practice with synthesized treatment based on syndrome differentiation (STSD) is the basis of TCM clinical evaluation and clinical study. The huge clinical data storage is the firsthand and effective evident for evaluation of the clinical effect of TCM. Data warehouse is a technical solution for immense data storage, management and processing. According to the data characteristics of TCM clinical process, this paper describes the key issues of TCM clinical data warehouse development, and delivers the data structure and architecture design. Also, we give the description of web OLAP system and its implemented instances.
