摘要
就两种典型切圆燃烧锅炉的燃烧器布置方式对燃烧器区域煤粉气流燃烧过程及NOx排放量的影响进行了分析和研究。实际应用结果表明,贫煤型燃烧器布置方式有利于抑制初期燃烧过程的NOx生成,采用低NOx燃烧技术+贫煤型燃烧器布置方式可以进一步降低大容量锅炉的NOx排放量。
The influence of burners' layout pattern for two typical tangentially firing boilers upon the burning process of pulverized coal and air flow in the burners' region has been analysed and studied.The results of practical application show that the layout pattern of lean coal type burners is beneficial to control the formation of NO_x in the initial stage of combustion;adopting low NO_x burning technology + layout pattern of lean coal type burners can further reduce NO_x emission from large-capacity boilers.
