摘要
以废旧锌锰电池中的锌皮为原料，探讨了制取硫酸锌的实验方法和实验条件。实验结果表明：在常温下。最佳反应条件是用40％的硫酸溶解锌皮，固液比保持在1：3—1：6，反应时间为3—4小时，锌的回收率可以达77．4％。
With zinc crust from waste zinc - manganese batteries as raw material, this paper discusses the methods and conditions for the preparation of zinc sulphate. The result indicates that under normal temperature, the best reactive condition is as follows： the concentration of sulfuric acid solution is 40%, the ratio of solid - liquid is 1：3 - 1：6, the reaction time is 3 - 4 hours. The recycle rate of zinc is 77.4%.
