摘要
在对倾斜圆盘勺式精密排种器分种勺形状和结构位置进行分析的基础,提出了分种勺持种空间定义。建立了持种空间及在排种平面投影的理论计算公式,分析了持种空间随分种勺结构参数和工作位置的变化。在此基础上,推导出分种勺清种角和滑种角上下限,提出了排种器隔板开口处转角和分种勺顶部厚度的确定方法,为倾斜圆盘勺式精密排种器分种勺的设计提供了依据。
Based on analysis of scoop shape and working position in declined disc - scoop - type precision metering device, the seed holding capacity of the scoop was defined and theoretical calculation equation for seed holding volume was established, and the impact of the scoop structure parameters and working position on seed holding volume was investigated. Furthermore, the maximum and minimum cleaning angle and sliding angle of seeds in the scoop were determined, the angle of clapboard's hatch and the thickness of scoop top were derived. The results of the study provided references for design of the scoop in the metering device.
