摘要
采用R/S-SST流变仪测定了不同配方的碱激发碳酸盐矿-矿渣复合灌浆材料浆液静置不同时间的流变曲线。探讨了硅酸钠溶液模数和浓度、矿渣及缓凝剂掺量对浆液流变性能的影响。结果表明:碱激发碳酸盐矿-矿渣复合灌浆材料为宾汉姆流体,随硅酸钠溶液浓度增大、模数减小、矿渣掺量增加,浆液的屈服值和塑性粘度增大;掺加缓凝剂后,浆液的流变性能显著改善。
The rheological curves showing the properties of alkali-activated carbonatite-slag grouting material (AACSGM) pastes with different formulae and different testing times by the R/S- SST rheological meter. The effect of preparation parameters, including modulus and concentration of sodium silicate .solution, content of slag and BS addition, on the rheological property of the pastes was discussed in this paper. The results show that AACSGM pastes belong to Binham fluid. The yield value and plastic viscosity of the pastes increase with the increases of slag addition and concentration of sodium silicate .solution and with the decrease of its modulus. The rheological property of the pastes is improved evidently with BS addition.
