摘要
目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用价值。方法用美国Bard公司生产的聚丙烯网片及网塞,对38例腹股沟疝行疝环填充式无张力疝修补术,经合理的围手术期处理,以提高腹股沟疝的手术效果。结果38例全部治愈,无近期复发病例,切口感染1例,经换药治愈,阴囊积液3例。结论本手术创伤小、操作简单、恢复快、符合解剖生理、并发症少、复发症少、复发率低,有取代传统疝修补术趋势。
Objective To investingate the application value on hernia ring rutkow tension free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Methods To apply the polypropylene net slice and net bung that produce with the American Bard company, Rutkow tension free hernioplasty to 38 cases of inguinal hernia, through perioperatively processing to raise operation result of inguinal hernia. Results 38 cases were all cured, no relapse in the near future,infection of incisional wound was 1 ease, but he was cured through changing medicine. 3 case 5 were scrotal hydrocele. Conclusion This surgical operation wound was small ,operates was brief,recuperation was quick, matching to dissect physiology, complications was little,relapse rate was low. It was a tendency of replacing the traditional herniorrhaphy.
