摘要
目的:建立血浆、羊水、母乳及胎盘等多种生物医学样品中铜、铁、锌等微量元素的水平ICP—OES分析法。方法:优化了仪器操作参数,包括射频功率、提升量、雾化器压力等,样品经HNO3-HClO4湿式消解后进行测定。结果:测定了200多份新生早产儿和足月儿脐血与母血血浆及胎盘、羊水等样品中的铜、铁、锌等微量元素的含量,方法准确度以加标回收率表示,为95.0%~102.8%,精密度RSD(n=5)为0.2%~2.7%,方法检出限符合要求。结论:本法快速简便、灵敏、准确,结果令人满意。
Objective: A procedure for the determination of K, Na, Ca, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mg, Mn, Cr and Se in biomedical samples by axial view inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP- OES) has been described. Methods: Instrumental operating parameters have been optimized. The samples were wet digested by HNO3 - HClO4 before determination. Results :The contents of micro- elements in premature birth newborn baby and mature fetus of umbilical blood, mother's blood, placenta, mother's latex and ammiotic fluid were determined. The accury expressed as recovery rate was 95.0% - 102. 8% and the precision RSD(n = 5) 0. 2% - 2. 7%. The limit of detection accorded with the demand. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
