摘要
报告二尖瓣替换术后生物瓣衰败再手术６例，其中生存５例恢复良好，死亡１例。本组病例在生物瓣置入后９年左右出现瓣膜衰败，以钙化、穿孔和关闭不全为主，同时伴有瓣支架蠕变、血栓形成和狭窄。生物瓣衰败，宜早期治疗。二次手术效果显著，关键在于分离粘连，防止意外大出血和保护心肌，并提出相应处理措施，建议慎用生物瓣。
Six cases re-operations of bioprosthetic valve failureafter mitralvalve failure after mitral valve replacement are reported. One patient died (heart function: grade Ⅳ). The bioprosthetic valve failure did not happen until it lasted for about 9 years. The chief pethologic conditions are calcification, perfration and transmogrification, thrombli and stenosis. Bioprosthetic valve dysfunction should be treated earlier. Reoperation has an effective result, the key to which is dividing of adhesion, prevention of bleeding and protection of myocardium. Conclution: It should be cautious to use bioprosthetic valve in clinic.
