摘要
烧结矿在高炉炉身上部会发生低温还原粉化现象。还原粉化指数(RDI)是烧结矿的一个重要冶金性能指标。通过实验探讨了宏阳公司烧结矿碱度与其还原粉化指数(RDI)间的关系,并用数学方法做了定性的分析和定量的推导。
The phenomenon of sinter degradation takes place in the upper shaft of blast furnaces. Reduction Degradation Index (RDI) is an important index of metallurgical properties for sinter. This paper discusses the relationship between sinter bacisity and RDI at Hongyang Co. based on laboratory experiments and gives qualitative analysis and quantitative derivation using mathematical method.
