摘要
以雪莲、灵芝等为原料研制保健酒,配方独特。工艺包括药材精选、分类粉碎、分组分溶剂在不同温度下浸泡、回流提取、调配、精制、过滤等。成品酒经冷冻实验和保温实验稳定性较好,药香酒香协调,色泽棕红,清亮透明,风格独特。
Xuelian and ganoderma lucidurm were used as raw materials to develop health wine and the production techniques included materials selection, classification, grinding, grouping and soaking under different temperature, backflow extraction, blending, refine, and filtration etc. The product wine had satisfactroy stability (tested by freezing experiment and heat preservation experiment). The wine had harmonious medicine aroma and wine flavor and it was reddish brown in color and clean and transparent with unique wine style.
