In design and research work of heat engines,accurate aerothermodynamic calculations according to the true thermodynamic properties of work substance are required.When the temperature of air and combustion gases is beyond 1700 K,the dissociation effect is obvious and the compositions of gas vary with various temperatures and pressures.In order to simplefy calculations,the thermodynamic process that is related to dissociation gas and non-dissociation gas can be divided in to two sections by a middle state, in which the dissociation still exists but of quite weak and can be negligible.In high temperature section the calculation of process parameters is based on the gaseous work substance with various composition and various specific heat.In low temperature section the calculation,the effect of various specific heat is taken into account.
