摘要
火电生产企业的生产活动具有明显的环境外部性,面对政府要求减排的环保政策约束,企业可作出购买排放许可权或燃料转换的投资决策。作者采用考虑相关影响因素的、基于维纳过程?伊滕引理的随机数学模型,应用动态复制原理进行了建模和数值分析,得到了不同投资策略之间的内在联系和成本、收益特征,以期为相关电力企业进行最优环保投资决策提供科学的评判依据。
There is evident environmental externality in the productive activity of coal-fired power plants. To defer to the restriction of reducing emission that is drafted by the government, power generation enterprises can make the investment decision of purchasing emission license or changing the kind of fuel. Using Wiener process-Ito lemma based stochastic mathematical model containing related influencing factors and applying dynamic reproduction theory, the modelling and numerical analysis are conducted, the internal relation, cost and benefit features under various investment strategies are expounded in the hope of offering rational foundation for optimal investment decision-making of environment protection for related power generating enterprises.
