摘要 实验上实现了三路保偏光纤放大器稳定的锁相控制,达到相干合成的输出目的.介绍了实验方案,详细阐述了相位检测与控制的方法并以一路信号光为例给出了相位噪声的测量结果.最后给出了相干合成的远场图样并对其影响因素加以简单分析.实验表明,利用提出的方案增加相干合成的路数是可行的. Combining coherent laser beams is an important and challenging area of laser science and is now still in a state of laboratory. We have succeeded in the coherent combination of three-element fiber-laser array based on ytterbium-doped polarization-maintaining single-mode power amplifiers with good experimental results. In this paper, we introduce the experimental setup and detailedly describe the method of measurement and control of phase noise. A single signal ann is taken as ekample, the measured phase noise are presented. At last, we give the results of coherent combination in the far field and briefly discuss a few factors having effect on the far field properties. We conclude that the combining method can be scaled to a large number of lasers.
