摘要
遗传算法是模拟生物进化的一种智能计算方法,文章应用其中的基因表达式编程(GEP),对新疆石英滩金矿区域地球化学元素进行元素关系和元素分布研究。建立了Au-As、Au-Be关系函数,比较准确地表达了它们的关系变化;Au、As、Be、Mn在东西向的分布函数表明,As、Be、Mn异常与Au矿位置密切相关。发现的函数基本能反映数据变化,说明GEP算法在区域地球化学数据评价中应用有效,值得进一步研究。
Genetic algorithms is a computational intelligence from simulation of biological evolution and genetics. Based on application of gene expression programming ( GEP), element relation and distribution of regional geochemical data for Shiyingtan gold mine, Xinjlang are studied. Au - As and Au - Be relational functions are established, and can show accurately their relational change. Au, As, Be and Mn distributing function in the east - west direction indicate that anomaly of As, Be, and Mn is closed with Au mineralization. The functions can reflect changes of original data. GEP algorithm can be used to process regional geochemical data, and worth further research.
