摘要
提出一种新的基于计算的设计方法,按照新规范关键筛孔的定义,将粗集料分3档进行二级填充的干捣实试验,确定最佳骨架。油石比确定参照林绣贤教授的油石比计算法。假定细料、矿粉、沥青形成的胶浆完全填充入骨架间隙中,确定设计空隙率,选择适宜的粉胶比,结合具体矿料的筛分结果,直接计算得最佳骨架密实型沥青混合料的级配。试验结果表明,该设计方法简单易行,所得级配经济合理、且各项性能符合技术要求。
A design method is presented based on calculation and classification of coarse aggregates into three sizes according to the definition of critical sieve in new criterion, and the dry-rodded tests grade by grade to determine the optimal skeleton, referring to prof. Hn's theory to calculate asphalt content, assuming that fine aggregate, mineral filler and the binder can completely fill the voids of coarse aggregates, to determine a design voids and a proper filler binder ratio, combined with the sieving results of given aggregates, the gradation of skeletal dense structure for asphalt concrete can be obtained directly through calculation. It is testified that this design method is convenient and feasible.The gradation designed is cost effective meeting with the technique requirements.
