摘要
实施安全道德教育培训是解决安全问题,实现社会“安全发展”的前提条件。研究安全道德教育的内涵、功能、特点、原则和方法,对解决安全问题,实现社会“安全发展”不仅有着重大的理论意义,而且也有着重大的实践意义。
Education or training of safety ethics is necessary for members of a society, specially, for the men responsible for safety. Moreover, it can help to solve the problem of safety and to achieve our lofty goal of safe development. So, the research of its intention, function, characteristics, principles and method, is a work of theoretical and practical significance.
