摘要
综合运用文献资料、调查访问等研究方法,对新乡市六所普通高校健美操教师的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、科研状况等现状进行了调查和分析研究。针对存在的问题提出了高校健美操教师队伍建设的对策和措施。
Using the approaches of literature datum and investigation accessing, this paper has investigated and analyzed range of age, level of educational backgrounds, range of professional titles and scientific research status of the aerobics teachers form six colleges of XinXiang city. In allusion to the existed problems, countermeasures and steps have been put forward to the constructing of college aerobics teachers＂ troop.
