摘要
在最佳冶金工艺分析时,正交实验得到了广泛的应用,但现有的正交实验数据分析方法存在复杂性和弱适应性等缺陷。基于人工神经网络的正交实验分析软件,充分利用BP网络的高度非线性对实验数据进行拟合,建立实验影响因素和指标之间的映射关系,进而结合遗传算法的全局随机搜索的特点,得到实验的最佳工艺。实例应用结果表明该软件操作简单,具有良好的实用性、通用性及推广价值。
Orthogonal experiment is adopted widely to search the optimal metallurgical technological condition, but the current methods used to deal with the experiment data are perplexing and bad-adaptive. The orthogonal experiment analysis software based on neural network build the mapping between the factors and the targets using the high nonlinear speciality of BP neural network, and then get the optimal technological condition using Genetic Algorithms(GA) which search target values randomly all over scope. The convenience and the practicality of the software are shown by practical application.
