摘要
针对我国食品工业的发展现状、发展机遇和挑战,文中提出了“十一五”时期我国食品工业发展的9条对策措施:(1)注重机制创新,强化宏观调控力度;(2)加大食品科技发展的投入力度,增强食品工业发展的源动力;(3)拓宽投融资渠道,适度调整投资结构;(4)大力扶持集团型龙头,不断推进实施名牌战略;(5)加强专用原料基地建设,推进食品工业区域结构优化;(6)加快食品安全体系建设,加强食品安全教育;(7)加快发展食品机械装备业,支撑食品工业跨越发展;(8)构建现代食品物流体系,提高食品工业流通效率;(9)积极实施对外开放战略,不断拓展发展领域。
In allusion to the present situation, opportunity and challenge of China food industry in new era, nine countermeasures were pointed out in this paper, such as (1) pay attention to mechanism innovation, strengthen macro- regulation; (2) increase support of science and technology, boost up developing power; (3) open up financing pathway, adjust invest structure; (4) support group enterprise, implement name brand stratagem; (5) strengthen raw material base's construction; optimize region framework; (6) enhance and improve food safety system, reinforce food safety education; (7) quicken to develop food mechanism industry, uphold span development; (8) build modern food circulation system, improve food industry efficiency; (9) implement opening stratagem, extend developing field, etc.
