摘要 目的:研究并评价莲子心微囊的抗心律失常作用。方法:采用乌头碱诱导大鼠心律失常及哇巴因诱导豚鼠心律失常,将大鼠和豚鼠各50只分为溶媒对照组,莲子心微囊低、中、高剂量组及阳性对照组,各组预防给药7d,末次给药30min后测定实验指标并进行评价。结果:与溶媒对照组比较,莲子心组心律失常出现时间延长、失常持续时间缩短、正常持续时间延长,2种心律失常模型下各项实验指标明显改善。结论:莲子心微囊具有一定的抗实验性心律失常作用。 OBJECTIVE:To study and evaluate the anti- arrhythmic action of plumula nelumbinis microcapsule METHODS: The arrhythmia models were induced by aconitine(in rats)and ouabain(in guinea pigs), respectively, 50 model rats and 50 model guinea pigs were divided into solvent control group, plumula nelumbinis microcapsule group(at high, medium and low dosages) and positive group, each group were preventively administered with drugs for 7 days, and the indexes of experiment were determined and evaluated 30min after the final administration.RESULTS: As compared with solvent control group, animals in plumula nelumbinis microcapsule group showed a delayed occurrence of arrhythmia, shortened duration of arrhythmia, prolonged duration with normal cardiac rhythm, and the indices of the 2 different arrhythmia models were significantly improved.CONCLUSION :Plumula nelumbinis microcapsule has anti- arrhythmie effects against experimental arrhythmia.
