摘要
目的:保障临床用药,解决医院药房“缺药”问题。方法:从优化库存结构,改进采购工作和加强信息交流,完善医院信息系统等方面提出建议。结果与结论:在新的服务理念指导下,依靠新技术,提高服务水平和管理水平,可以更好地满足临床用药需求和服务患者,使“缺药”问题的不利影响降到最低。
OBJECTIVE： To guarantee clinical medication and to solve drug shortage in hospital pharmacy.METHODS： Suggestions regarding optimization of stock structure and improvement in drug purchase, enhancement of the information exchanges and improvement of hospital information system（HIS） were put forward.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Principled by new service idea, by means of new techniques, the improvement of pharmaceutical service level and management level is in the interest of clinical medications and patients,and which can bring the negative impacts of drug shortage to a lowest level.
