摘要 目的:建立测定人尿样中碘离子浓度的离子色谱法。方法:采用离子色谱,在IonPacAS7柱上,用50mmol/L的硝酸为淋洗液测定尿液中碘离子的含量。检测方式为直流安培检测,工作电极为Ag电极,参比电极为Ag/Agcl电极。结果:碘离子浓度检测线性范围为50~1000μg/L(r=0.9998),平均回收率为95.8%~97.0%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~3.7%;测得的正常人尿碘浓度为100~300μg/L。结论:该方法稳定、准确、快速,可用于实际样品的测定。 OBJECTIVE: To establish ion chromatography for the determination of iodine ion concentration in human urine .METHODS: Iodine ion concentration was determined using chromatography of ions,the determination was performed on Poe *AS7 column with 50mmol/L nitric acid as the elutriant.The detection was by means of DC amperometer detector with Ag as working electrode and Ag/AgCl as reference electrode.RESULTS: The linear range of iodine ion concentration was 50- 1 000μg/L( r = 0.9 998), the average recoveries were 95.8 % -97.0 % with RSD at 2.6 % -3.7 %. The iodine ion concentration in health adults was detected at 100-300μg/L.CONCLUSION: The established method is stable, accurate and fast, and suitable for the determinate of iodide in human urine.
