摘要
从社会和谐的创建点——图书馆的发展着手,阐述了图书馆的发展要求提高馆员的素质与服务意识,同时探讨了促进图书发展的手段。
Starting from the constructing point of tile social harmony the development of the library, this paper expounds the development of the library requires to improve the quality and the service consciousness of the librarians, and probes into the methods for promoting the development of the library.
