摘要
用多菌灵与福美双按有效成分1:1的比例配制成混剂(简称多·福),并稀释成浓度为300~3000mg/L的10种溶液,分别浸泡变叶术插穗后进行扦插试验。结果表明:在不同浓度处理中,插穗的生根数、根长、根径和成活率的最高值分别为28.6条、23.8mm、1.58mm和66.67%,与清水对照相比提高了9.6条、7.4mm、0.36mm和46.67%.差异均达极显著水平;在浓度为300~750mg/L范围内,插穗生根数、根长、根径、成活率与处理浓度的关系均呈二次曲线模型(R^2〉0.96)。综合分析结果显示,在浸泡时间为3h的条件下,多·福的最佳处理浓度为596mg/L。
Cutting reproduction experiments of Codiaeum variegatum were conducted by dipped treatment of Carbendazim and Thiram mixture with different concentrations (300-3 000 mg/L). The results showed that the number, length, diameter and the highest survival rate of cuttings reached 28.6, 23.8 mm, 1,58 mm and 66.67%, respectively which improved 9.6, 7.4 mm, 0,36 mm and 46.67% than the control, respectively. The difference between the best treatments and the control groups of every indexes were significant. The relationship between the indexes and the treatment concentrations from 300-750 mg/L presented Quadratic model (R^2 〉0.96). The comprehensive analysis showed that the theory optimal concentration was 596mg/L when treated for 3 h.
