摘要 在风洞试验台上对8种不同结构参数的百叶窗翅片进行传热和流动阻力的性能试验。分析比较了翅片长度、翅片间距、翅片高度对其传热和阻力性能的影响,其中翅片长度和翅片间距对无量纲传热j因子和摩擦阻力f因子影响较大,翅片高度影响较小。同时采用3j/f因子综合评价了8种翅片的强化传热效果。结果表明,翅片长度对强化传热影响最为显著。 Experimental study on heat transfer and flow resistance of louver fins with 8 different structural parameters were carried out on a wind tunnel test rig. Influence of the fin length, pitch and height on heat transfer and flow resistance characteristic was compared and analyzed, in which both fin length and pitch have a strong influence on factors j and f, while fin height effects slightly. Simultaneously, factor 3√j/f was used to evaluate the enhanced heat transfer effect of the 8 kinds of louver fins. Results show that fin length has the most obvious effect in enhancing heat transfer.
