摘要
不同条件下循环冷却水的总碱度有着不同理论和经验的计算。从化学热力学角度出发,考虑到浓缩倍数、离子强度和补水水质(包括总碱度、pH值和总溶解固体)等影响因素,在系统结垢之前,根据碳酸的离解平衡得到的循环冷却水的总碱度与实际较吻合。
Water quality of cooling water affects directly scaling, corroding and microbes multiplying etc.. Among them, total alkalinity of cooling water is one of important indices judging water quality. Under different conditions, different theoretical and experimental calculations of total alkalinity in cooling water were obtained. From chemical thermodynamics, considering the cycle, ionic intensity and makeup water quality (total alkalinity, pH and total dissolved solid), etc, in the light of carbonate equilibrium, total alkalinity of cooling water were gained before scaling. Its result was accorded with reality preferably.
