摘要
目的研究从菌丝体中提取壳聚糖的工艺。方法通过酸/碱预处理不同原料得甲壳素,碱法脱乙酰基制壳聚糖,稀酸溶出和碱沉淀纯化。结果制得白色略透明薄片状产品,收率1.09%。结论本次从菌丝体提取壳聚糖的工艺收率低,成本高,污染大,不适合工业化生产。
Objective To study the preparation of chitosan from mycelium. Methods Chitin was obtained from several microorganisms with the acid and alkaline pretreatment. Then, the chitin was treated with hot alkaline solution for deacetylation to get raw chitosan. It was purified by diluted acid-dissolving and alkaline-precipitating. Results The transparent white lamellar chitosan was gained with the yield of 1.09%. Conclusion This preparation method of chitosan from mycelium has low yield, high cost and great pollution, so it might not be fit for industrial production.
