摘要
通过对中国矿业大学岗位津贴制度与高等学校收入分配制度改革思路之比较,探讨高等学校绩效工资制度的新特点,进而提出了高校绩效工资制度改革的新趋势。
A comparison is made in this paper between the reforms of CUMT's post allowance policy and income distribution policy in other colleges. New characteristics of the performance salary policy are discussed, therefore some new ideas about the reform are proposed.
