摘要
目的观察抗纤灵治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及其对骨代谢的影响。方法将早中期61例CRF患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例,分别给予抗纤灵冲剂和蒙诺治疗,疗程两个月。观察治疗后各组患者肾功能、钙磷代谢、血甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的变化及临床症状改善情况。结果抗纤灵能降低血肌酐(Scr)、PTH,升高血钙(P<0.05),临床总体疗效优于蒙诺(P<0.05)。结论抗纤灵可改善CRF患者的肾功能及负钙平衡,具有降低早中期慢性肾衰PTH水平的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Kangxianling Granule＂ in treating early and metaphase chronic renal failure （CRF） and its influence on bone metabolism. Methods Sixty-one subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 31 cases were treated with this Granule and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Monopril,with a course of two months. The kidney function,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,parathyroid hormone （PTH） and clinical effects were observed before and after treatment. Results This Granule could decrease sernm creatinine and PTH, and increase blood calcium （P〈 0.05）; the clinical effects were better in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion This Granule can ameliorate renal function and negative calcium balance, and decrease parathyroid hormone.
