摘要
为充分揭示企业合作竞争系统自组织演化的过程和机理,运用系统动力学的理论和方法,建立了企业合作竞争系统自组织演化的Logistic动力学模型.以含2个企业主体的模型为基础,进行了结构和稳定性分析,并利用计算机对其进行仿真模拟.结果表明,企业合作竞争系统的演化方向存在多种可能,演化结果与合作竞争效应紧密相关.努力放大系统中的合作效应,使有益的运行模式逐渐占据优势并形成序参量,可以引导系统向正确方向不断演化.
The Logistic dynamic model of the self-organizing evolvement "coopetition" system is established with system dynamics in order to investigate the mechanism of its evolvement process. Then it analyzes the structure and stability of the model combined by two enterprises and simulates with computer. The results indicate that the evolvement directions of the "coopetition" system have multi-possibility and close relationship with the "coopetition" effect. The system can be optimized by the magnification of the cooperative effects to make the beneficial pattems occupy predominance and form order parameters.
