摘要
使用清华大学研发的建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h,对夏热冬冷地区5个代表性城市的典型住宅建筑进行动态能耗模拟,分析了不同外墙构造(不同传热系数K)与建筑能耗的变化规律,研究表明:夏热冬冷地区外墙传热系数与全年耗电量有很强的正线性相关性。
Dynamic energy consumption simulation is made on typical residential building of five representative cities in hot summer and cold winter area using building energy consumption simulation Toolkit DeST-h developed by Tsinghua university, and analyses the variation rule between heat transfer coefficient-k of different kinds of external wall structure and building energy consumption. It is indicated by study that there is strong positive linear correlation between heat transfer coefficient of external wall and annual electricity consumption in hot summer and cold winter area.
