摘要
目的为减少瑶光眼术后瘢痕形成,建立向外引流的有效滤过通道。方法施行巩膜瓣下深层巩膜条转位术治疗21例(32只眼)各种类型青光眼作为手术组,另设一组病人施行小梁切除术作为对照组。结果手术组眼压为1.96±1.32kPa,对照组眼压为2.65±1.25kPa(P<0.05)。手术组的手术成功率为93.75%(30/32),对照组为75.0%(24/32)(P<0.05)。结论本手术功能性滤过泡形成较为完善,向外引流较为通畅,可提高手术成功率。
The aim is to decrease scar information after glaucoma operation and to build a filtrain chan- nel for drainage outside.Methodes:Transposition operation in the deep sclera valva was carried on 21 cases.32 eyes.of various glaucoma as operation group.Other cases used as control group were carried on trabeculectomy.Results:Intra-ocular pressure of the operation group was 1.96±1. 32kPa while the one of the control group 2.65±1.25kPa(P<0.05).The rate of success in the operation group was 93.75%(30/32)and the one in the control group 75%(24/32)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Functional filtration bubbles in this operation were perfectly formed in addition to adequate drainage.Therefore the operation rate of success can be improved.
