摘要
介绍了接触器式继电器町靠性研究的重点试验项目及技术要求。依据接触器式继电器的工作特点,提出了以失效率等级为可靠性研究指标,对整个试验过程中出现的失效现象进行分析,给出了试验参数及失效分布散点图。通过失效数据分析失效机理,提出改进措施,提高了其可靠性。
Introduction was made to the key test items and technical requirements of contactor type relay reliability research. Based on the working features of such relay, raised the point to take failure rate grade as reliability research index, to carry out analysis on failure taking place in test process, test parameters and failure distribution points diagram were given, via failure data analyze failure mechanism, and improvement actions are raised to raise its reliability.
