摘要
在显微镜下,对自然排放的的玻璃海鞘Cionaintestim拯卵细胞和受精卵以及胚胎发育的整个过程进行了观察,结果表明:玻璃海鞘卵具有特殊的被囊细胞,未受精前的卵径为110岬左右,受精后为160~170μm;在20℃水温下,卵细胞从受精到蝌蚪幼虫孵出需16~18b,幼虫的浮游时间约2h,从附着到尾开始收缩约3h,从尾开始收缩至变态约4h,从开始变态到变态完全约7~9d。
A observation of fertilized eggs and embryonic development was carded out in Ciona intestinalis under light microscopy. The eggs with a special cell called test cell have a diameter of some 110 μm before fertilization and 160 - 170 μm after fertilization. It takes 16 - 18 h from fertilized eggs to demembranated larvae at a water temperature of 20℃. The swimming period of the larvae lasts about 2 h. The period from the settlement to the contraction of the tail is approximately 3 h. It takes probably 4 h from the contraction of the tail to the beginning of metamorphosis which needs about 7 - 9 d to complete the metamorphism.
