摘要
介绍了粮食颗粒在气力输送过程中的破碎机理,影响粮食颗粒破碎的各种因素。通过调节可调式拉法管的喉径以及各压力参数实现了输送参数的相对最优,在一定程度上减轻了粮食颗粒在输送过程中的破碎率。
The mechanism of foodstuff particle breaking during pneumatic conveying and different factors which effect on foodstuff particle breaking was introduced. The conveying parameters were relatively optimized by adjusting the throat area of adjustable Laval nozzle and pressure parameters, so that the foodstuff particle breaking rate during pneumatic conveying was decreased at certain extent.
