摘要
从热力学上分析了铝镁合金脱氧、脱硫的能力和效果以及它对夹杂物的改质、变性、去除的作用,探讨了铝镁合金在钢水二次精炼中的加入方法及其残留物对钢质量的影响,得出它在钢水的二次精炼中具有很大的应用前景。
The deoxidation ablity and desulphurization ablity of aluminium-magnesium alloy, changing inclusion properties of aluminium-magnesium alloy, transforming inclusion characters of aluminium-magnesium alloy and removing inclusion are analysed in thermodynamics. The adding method of aluminium-magnesium alloy during the secondary refining of molten steel and the effect of its residue on the qualities of molten steel are discussed in this paper. The application prospects of aluminium-magnesium alloy in the secondary refining of molten steel are also looked forward to the future in this paper.
