半固态A356压铸成形温度和压射速度的优化 被引量:6

Optimization of Pouring Temperature and Filling Velocity of the Semi-solid A356 Alloy in Thixocasting

摘要 采用铸造模拟软件AnyCasting,利用其所特有的触变功能模块,开展对半固态A356支架触变压铸充型过程的模拟。模拟结果表明,成形温度为590℃,压射速度为5m/s时,A356铝合金触变充型过程,充型平稳,温度场分布均匀,减少了卷气和浇注不足等缺陷,压铸件的整体质量得到提高。 Simulation of filling process in semi-solid aluminum alloy A356 bracket thixo-casting was carried out by means of special thixo-forming function module in Any-casting software. Simulated results show that filling process is smooth in thixo-forming process and temperature field is uniformly distributed with pouring temperature at 590 'C and filling velocity of 5 m/s, which is favorable for decreasing entrapped-gas and misrun and improving the quality of thixo-forming bracket.
