摘要 全脑缺血损伤可以引起神经系统发生一系列的形态学及病理生理学改变,导致细胞的坏死和凋亡,尤其在海马和皮质,具有选择易损性和迟发性损伤的特点。损伤的机制主要与氧自由基的损伤、钙超载、兴奋性氨基酸、一氧化氮等有关。本文旨在探讨沙鼠的全脑缺血损伤的发生、发展、形态学变化、机制及治疗方法。 Global ischemia causes series of morphological and pathophysiological changes in nervous system and induces necrosis and apeptosis of neuronal cells especially in cortex and hippocampus. It characterizes of neuron selective vulnerability (NSV) and delayed neural death (DND). The mechanisms of injury include overload of calcium, injury of free radicals, production of excitability amino acid and nitrogen monoxidum and so on. This paper is amied to discuss the genesis, development, changes of morphology, mechanism and treatment of the Global ischemia injury in gerbils.
