摘要
目的研究地黄中梓醇的积累分布规律。方法高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,流动相:乙腈-水(0.5:99.5);检测波长:210nm。结果标准曲线为:Y=347.93X+10.138(r=0.9996),梓醇在0.3224~2,9016μg时呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.21%,RSD为1.35%(n=5)。结论地黄中不同部位梓醇的积累分布具有一定的规律,值得进一步研究。
Objective To study the collective regulations of catalpol in different parts of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. Methods HPLC method was used the Mobile phase was cetonitrile - water ( 0. 5 : 99. 5 ) and detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The standard curve of catalpol was Y = 347.93X + 10. 138 ( r = 0. 999 6) with the linear range of 0.322 4 ~2. 901 6 μg, the average recovery was 96.21% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and rapid, and collective regulations of catalpol in different parts of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch are apparent.
