摘要
近几年浙江省文化设施建设有了较大的发展,但文化设施的发展仍赶不上人民群众日益增长的精神文化生活需求,所以迫切需要制定一系列的城乡文化设施建设标准,来科学地引导、规范各地的文化设施建设,从而形成省、市、县、乡多层次、布局合理、功能先进的文化设施网络。本文在对浙江省的文化设施调查研究获得大量的第一手资料的基础上,探讨了浙江省城乡文化设施建设布局的若干问题,如文化设施建设与国家相关标准的差距,与居民现实需求之间的矛盾,网点布局缺乏区域性文化设施的整体观念等问题,为文化设施建设标准的制订提供相关依据。
Cultural facilities construction is the basic and important content of the urban-rural cultural development. Although the construction of cultural facilities has made great advances in recent years, the development can＇t meet the increasing needs of the people. So it＇s necessary to set a series of standard to guide the cultural facilities construction scientifically in various parts of the province, before forming an urban - town - rural area network of the cultural facilities with rational layout and advanced function. On the basis of firsthand investigation and study on Zhengjiang cultural facilities, this paper discusses some issues of the urban and rural cultural facilities layout in Zhejiang, such as its distance to national standards, the contradiction between the construction and the demands of people, and the lack of a general concept on the layout of local cultural facilities. The paper also offers foundation for the establishment of the new standards on the cultural facilities construction.
