提高热电厂循环水浓缩倍率的措施 被引量:3

摘要 针对仪化热电厂将循环水用作冲灰水,导致浓缩倍率只有1.6,以及凝汽器铜管腐蚀结垢严重等问题,提出了隔断循环水与冲灰水的直接联系,实现闭路循环,对凝汽器铜管进行酸洗,并对循环水实施加缓蚀阻垢剂和杀菌剂及旁流过滤等办法。改进措施实施后产生了较好的经济效益,值得借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of the circulating water as flushing ash water in thermal power plant leading to concentrated rate of 1.6 only, and serious scaling of corrosive copper pipe in steam condenser, a measure to isolate the direct contact between circulating water and flushing ash water was put forward to realize close circulation; pickling for copper pipe of steam condenser, dosing scale inhibitor and pesticide to the circulating water as well as adopting bypass filter etc. measures can achieve better economic benefits.
