摘要
针对锦西石化分公司300kt/a气体分馏装置的丙烯塔,建立了基于丙烯塔单位综合经济收益最大化的在线优化模型及与鲁棒多变量控制器(RMPCT)的接口。改进可变容差法中放大系数与收缩系数的取法,提高了寻优速度,可满足在线优化对寻优速度的要求。现场应用的结果表明,在线优化的寻优速度从8min/次提高到2min/次以上;丙烯塔操作平稳,塔顶丙烯的摩尔分数从99.9%降至99.6%~99.8%,塔釜丙烷的摩尔分数从90%~93%增至99.4%~99.6%。在线优化提高了丙烯收率,降低了能耗。
For optimizing operation of propylene rectification tower in a 300 kt/a liquefied hydrocarbon separation installation, software consisting of online process optimization model and its interface with advanced controller (RMPCT) was developed. The online optimization calculation is accelerated by improving magnifying and contracting coefficients of flexible tolerance method. The optimization running time decreases from 8 to less than 2 minutes per time. By online optimization, operation stability of propylene rectification tower is improved. Mole fraction of propylene in top products lowers only from 99.9% to 99.6%- 99.8% but mole fraction of propane in bottom products rises from 90%-93% to 99.4%-99.6%. Yield of propylene increases and energy consumption of propylene rectification tower is reduced.
