摘要
研究了40Cr不同热处理的组织、力学性能和冲击疲劳性能。结果表明,40Cr正火低温回火的组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,正火高温回火的组织由铁素体和粒状珠光体组成,淬火低温回火组织为回火马氏体,40Cr正火高温回火热处理的冲击疲劳寿命高。分析了多冲疲劳裂纹扩展的行为,讨论了正火高温回火提高冲击疲劳的原因。
The paper studies the metallurgical structure, kinetic properties and impact fatigue properties of 40Cr under the different heat treatment condition. The result shows that the metallurgical structure of 40Cr with normalization and low temperature tempering is made up of ferrite and pearlite, the structure with normalization and high tem- perature tempering is made up of ferrite and granular pearlite, the structure with quenching and low temperature tempering is made up of temper martensite, among which, the impact fatigue lifespan of 40Cr whose structure with normalization and high temperature tem- pering is highest. It also analyses the expansion behavior of multi- impact fatigue crack, and discusses the cause to improve the impact fatigue with normalization and high temperature tempering.
